This is what experiential marketing is supposed to feel like. Not an impression. An interaction.

The Goal

Wander came to Nashville for the VRMA convention to reach vacation rental managers, the exact audience for its direct booking platform. Booths and banners inside the hall all start to look the same. Wander wanted to be seen outside the hall too: on the street, between sessions, and on the way to dinner and drinks.

The ask was simple: make sure every attendee saw Wander’s message, and make the brand part of the Nashville experience.

What We Did

For five straight days, our light-up pedicabs carried Wander’s creative through the heart of downtown

If you can imagine it, we’ll find a way to put it on a pedicab.

The Results

Wander became one of the most visible brands of the VRMA convention, with an estimated 150,000+ street impressions over five days. Several conventions were in town that week, so the campaign reached attendees well beyond VRMA.

That last one says it best: when other brands at the same event want what you had, the campaign worked.

By the Numbers

Impressions are estimated from fleet hours and observed foot traffic, as explained below the table. This was an ads-only campaign: Wander’s creative ran on the cabs without a sponsored ride program.

At 10–30 people passing per minute (600–1,800 an hour), that’s roughly 150,000–540,000 impressions. One person who sees several cabs counts more than once, so we lead with the conservative low end.

How It Works

Neon furry pedicabs lined up in front of Bridgestone arena in Nashville, TN.

We run the whole campaign, so your team never has to manage vendors on the ground.

  1. Tell us about your event. Share your dates, audience, goals, and budget.
  2. Get a custom proposal. We map out fleet size, routes, staging spots, and pricing within a few days.
  3. We handle the details. We send your ad specs, then print, install, and remove your panels. We also plan routes and staff licensed, insured drivers.
  4. Your brand hits the street. You get proof-of-performance photos during the campaign and a wrap-up report with fleet hours and estimated impressions.

Bringing a Convention to Nashville?

Put your brand on the most photographed pedicabs downtown, right where your attendees walk.

  • Brand activations and ad placements: $700–$3,000 per month
  • Complimentary ride campaigns: $120–$200 per bike per hour
  • Convention packages: full-fleet staging outside your event, plus routes between Music City Center, hotels, and Broadway

Tell us about your brand, your timing, and your goals. We’ll come back with a custom proposal — pricing, fleet size, route options, sample creative, and a couple of ideas you didn’t ask for but will probably love.
