Local Bike Taxi is Grace and Stephen, two pedicab veterans who have been riding together since 2016 and building something bigger ever since. They’ve got a wild child named Lincoln who, if we’re being honest, runs the show.

LBT runs throughout all the major downtown areas — from Vanderbilt to East Nashville, Germantown to WeHo. If it’s in the heart of Nashville, we can get you there. Each bike holds up to 6 passengers, so bring the whole crew.
Getting a ride is easy. Flag us down on the street, call or text our dispatch, or pre-book ahead of time. The world is your transportation oyster. Dispatch average wait time is about 5 minutes — faster than your Uber, and a whole lot more fun.
Rides start at $10 per person. Every ride is quoted in full before we roll out. No surprises, no hidden fees. This isn’t New York — we take care of our guests and we always will.

Getting a ride with LBT is simple. Here’s what to expect:
Dispatch will match you with the nearest available driver and give you their name and ETA — usually about 5 minutes. Had a great driver earlier? Request them and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Before you roll, your driver will give you the full fare upfront. No surprises.
Every cab comes loaded with fun lights and a sound system. Sit back, enjoy the city, and have a ride you won’t soon forget.
All drivers accept cash. Most accept tap to pay, credit card, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. If you need a specific payment method, just let dispatch know when you book and we’ll send the right driver your way.

Planning ahead? Book online — online booking is available for reservations made 24 hours or more in advance. Booking within 24 hours? Just give us a call and we’ll get you sorted.
Online bookings require full payment upfront. Prefer to tip your driver in cash on the day? We love that energy — bring it.
We’ll pick you up anywhere within 2 miles of downtown’s honky tonk district. No need to go anywhere.

Every night our cabs roll through the most high-traffic corridors in Nashville, turning heads on Broadway, through the Gulch, Midtown, and East Nashville. That’s your brand, moving through the heart of Music City.
Each cab features two 4ft x 3ft ad panels, one on each side, printed on corrugated plastic or vinyl. You send us your artwork and we handle the printing, or we can work with the printer of your choice. Ad campaigns run monthly, with exceptions available for special events.

Here’s where we really shine. LBT can have your campaign up and rolling in under 2 days. Need it faster? We can make it happen — rush campaigns may carry a small premium, but if you need a last-minute splash, we are the move.
Forgot to pull a permit for that shuttle bus? Need to move 200 convention guests from the hotel to the event? Call us. We can accommodate large group transportation requests in 48 hours or less — and unlike a bus, we don’t need a permit.

LBT holds a full TLC pedicab operational license. Every cab is inspected annually and every driver carries a valid driver’s license with a for-hire endorsement.
We don’t just hand anyone the handlebars. Every LBT driver clears an FBI background check and MVR check, completes a hospitality training course, and goes through a multi-day onboarding with our staff before ever taking a guest.
Oh lordy, are we insured. LBT carries specialty pedicab coverage on every single bike in our fleet. Ride with confidence.
We keep a 24-hour on-call mechanic so our fleet stays in top shape — because a broken down cab is a bad time for everyone.
